The 4 star Whitehall is a clean comfortable twelve bedroom Guest House on the elevated Cayley Promenade at  Rhos-on-Sea, a pretty village between Colwyn Bay (1½ miles) and Llandudno (3 miles).

We are situated adjacent to the sea front.  On the left we overlook the harbour while Rhyl is across the Bay of Colwyn .  The resort town of Colwyn Bay is but one mile along the promenade to our right.

Access to the Guest House is easy.  We are but 2 minutes from the main thru route - the A55.  Snowdon and the Isle of Anglesey are but a 30-minute drive.  Chester, Conwy, and the other attractions of North and Mid Wales are within easy reach.  The resort town of Llandudno is 3 miles along the promenade and can be reached easily by bus or car

We are on the bus route to Llandudno and to Rhyl (number 12, every 20 minutes).

From Llandudno bus tours go in all directions and trains are frequent.

Walking along the sea-front is level and pleasant,  The sand is washed by the sea twice a day and fishing from just in front of the hotel is possible.  In addition, we have a 6 mile bike route just outside the door and bicycles may be rented close-by.

The small village of Rhos on Sea is but a stone’s throw away.  Here there are a variety of small shops, cafés and restaurants.   There are quiet pubs and a bistro on the small headland.   Sea fishing trips can be arranged.  Is the small church on the sea-shore the smallest in Wales?
